The outside of the property looks terrible with boards over a lot of areas however the inside is a different story. Although small the rooms are Nicely renovated and the bathroom was lovely. There is no lift however the wonderful receptionist helped me get my bag to the room. The wifi was a bit hit and miss at the hotel however There is a nice cafe right across the street that sells great coffee and light meals including home made croissants and has great wifi

Great location! Walkable to the old port and walking distance to the subway. The rooms are small but very clean and modern. Only downside is there are no fridges but we brought a small cooler to keep our things cool!

Great location but the “hotel” it self was not nice. Staff is no never to be found. Asked for towels 3 times and was always told they are not ready. Zero amenities. Would not stay there again.

The property was conveniently located and the one person on duty was always nice and polite. They allowed us to check in early when our rooms were ready. Unfortunately the rooms themselves are very small. Book an executive if you can because those rooms have a bit more space and a small desk. There is no elevator and absolutely no refreshments - not even a vending or ice machine. I would have rated it higher except that two of my friends got a surprise charge for $77 after their stay, supposedly for makeup stains on a face towel. Very disappointing and left a bad impression.

Bien pour un court séjour (2-3 jours) si vous êtes seul ou en couple, car la chambre n'est pas trés grande (une salle de bain et une pièce pour la chambre. Personnel gentil, mail ne parle qu'anglais, donc il faut savoir se débrouiller en anglais. Proche de l'endroit où j'allais,donc bon emplacement. Quelques imperfections dans la chambres (pucks dans les murs). Également, l'insonorisation pourrait être mieux, car j'entendais parler. Aussi, la chambre n'était pas prête lorsque je suis arrivée, l'employé est allé la nettoyer pendant que j'attendais dans le lobby (en 10-15 minutes), donc je ne sais pas si la chambre a bien été nettoyée. Sinon c'était bien.

Aunque parezca mentira, el hotel (el interior) está muy bien. Habitación cómoda, baño nuevo y cómodo. Sólo que nos tocó la habitación que daba a la escalera y se oía subir y bajar gente pues la escalera es de madera. Eso sí, al llegar, y ver la fachada, casi anulamos y reservamos otro hotel, ¡Está fatal!

Nous avons été changés de chambre 2 fois, la première parce que la chambre n’était pas prête et la deuxième parce que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Toutes les communications ont été faites en anglais. La personne à l’accueil était très sympathique mais ne parlait pas français non plus et la communication était très difficile malgré sa bonne volonté.

The location provides great walk ability to all of old Montreal. A well used cycle lane is right outside the door with good connectivity to other bike lanes. Staff are very friendly but a little disorganized (it took 3 days to get the cleaning). The rooms are very small with no bedside tables or drawers for clothing. Beds are small but good. Shower was great. Not great soundproofing so your upstairs neighbours movements are noticeable. More like student accommodation than hotel accommodation. The price was reasonable. There is a wonderful cafe across the street.

We booked a room that said we're getting a queen size bed. It is in fact a double bed which was not as advertised. We asked to be moved to a room that had a queen but its was just the same bed size just a slightly bigger room. Rooms are super tiny but clean and fine for what we needed. The building is very old. Foundation is sinking. Everything is out of level so doors don't properly latch or stay closed. Walls, windows and doors are all cracking. So feels like your on a sinking ship. If you don't mind that, the place is fine and overall not bad. Very comfortable beds and pillows.
