Don't arrive at night, maze to get in. Nothing's marked easily. They don't make it apparent there is shared bathroom like a hostel. If you want to change rooms, good luck using your debit or visa card (no tap, then they double charged my debit card). No TVs in the rooms which are the size of closets. Stench all down the hallway, where the walls are super thin and people like to hang out in the halls all night to talk. When issues arise, I was told nothing could happen until tomorrow. Parking lot is not secure. Window AC units if your lucky to get an AC room. Have a nice view of my car..... A cheap motel would 1000x better then this place. Never left a bad review before but what an awful experience for a hotel which looked so great....online. I was in town for business, finally had a night away from the kids and then yeah what an absolute let down from calling to getting into a "room".

Un endroit paisible pour la marche, chaise au bord de l'eau. Coucher de soleil extraordinaire. Cet ancien couvent nouvellement renové offre une décoration avec des objets d'art, toiles, structures. Endroit idéal pour faire une pause, se ressourcer. J'ai choisi une chambre avec deux lits simple. Il y avait un lavabo dans la chambre. Salle de bain commune. Le tout très propre. Wow! Il y avait une thermopompe dans la chambre.

Le site internet est trompeur! NE VOUS FIEZ PAS AUX PHOTOS!! Il n'y a aucune salle de bain dans les "chambres"! La "chambre" est une pièce minuscule avec lit et seulement un petit lavabo! Les salles de bains sont communes et mixtes au bout du corridor. Le monsieur à l'accueil est bien gentil et serviable, il nous a trouvé un frigo puisque le frigidaire communautaire n'existe pas! Sachez qu'il y a des salles de réceptions dans cet endroits, donc mariage très bruyant! on nous a donné une chambre au dessus de cette salle et il y avait un mariage donc nuit extrêmement courte! Disons que pour la détente on repassera! Ils devraient refuser les réservations lors de mariages ou événements vu qu'il n'y a pas d'insonorisation et que c'est impossible de dormir même avec des bouchons! Fait important: le buffet pour le souper est ouvert de 17h à 19h (on a pas pu souper lors de notre arrivée).

Beautiful place to relax and walk around, nice place by the water, nature area very nice… But disappointing about the room and sharing bathroom that we didn’t know about??? Very small room, uncomfortable beds, no bathroom, just a little sink…. That not working the price that we paid for??

It is a very unique property. While the rooms are small they are very nicely appointed. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff too. It is a simple hotel and has wonderful grounds.

Chambre d'à peine 10x10 qui ne semblent pas avoir été rénové depuis 100 ans. Meme pas de TV. J'ai eu droit à une microchambre...pour le prix c'est du vol.
