This listing was in rough shape

Only stayed there two nights and had to book a hotel. The front door was not very secure and access to the building was unlimited. We reached out to the property manager. They were responsive, but we cannot stay in that apartment. Bathroom needed a little bit of cleaning. There were attached fixtures and overall we do not feel secure leaving our belongings while we stepped away and explored the city. As we had our dog with us.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was exceptionally clean and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen—even basic cooking essentials like oil, salt, and sugar were provided. The space was large and comfortable, and we truly felt at home. Check-in was very easy thanks to the clear instructions from the host, Sam. Since we had a car, we appreciated the easy parking available in the backyard, which also offered a good level of privacy. Overall, it felt even more convenient and comfortable than a typical hotel. The location is also great—very close to the city center. The price was reasonable, and we’re really happy with our stay. Thank you, Sam!

As advertised, clean and functional.

The property was exactly what we needed. Clean functional and reasonably well equipped 2 bedroom apartment in Montreal for the weekend. Will likely look to book again next year.
