The place itself was decent, but it wasn’t in a perfect neighborhood. It didn’t feel safe and there was no hot water during our entire stay. I communicated with the host, but nothing was resolved. I asked for late check out because my flight was delayed and they gave me 30 minutes extra, even with all the mishaps of not having hot water to shower

This property was amazing and in a great area. The unit was very clean and had all we needed for our stay, I really loved it and would definitely recommend staying here. There is a lot of construction going on but everything is very much walkable so not really an issue. We also had a vehicle and it wasn’t at all hard getting around. The building was also very clean inside as well and smelled great!

The suite is spacious with new furniture and appliances. The property and rooms are very clean. It is easy to get in as the property sends codes in good timing. It is close to Berri/UQAM métro so easy to get around and also close to groceries. If you have mobility issues entry to the building is not easy. The only issue is that there is no staff on site and there was a loud party happening in another suite. Overall, great place to stay as it’s clean and spacious.

Beautiful apartment, clean and lovely! The entire building was beautiful. One note, the second bedroom doesn’t have a door, so anyone sleeping there won’t be able to until the tv is off. A lot of construction going on in Montreal. The location was perfect and we could walk to several fun neighborhoods! Thanks for a great stay!

very convenient location, unit was clean, we found couple of issues such as missing salt and pepper, sink in bathroom was blocked. after reporting these issues, they were addressed. There was lot of construction noise in the building next door that created quite a bit of disturbance on the weekday. there was no construction noise on weekend, which was great.

Close to the village which is what I was looking for. Close to the metro which makes it easy to get around. Second floor room was great. Front door and room access codes were a nice touch.

Badrooms in basement.

We are in room on first floor. . Bedrooms located in basement, with concrete selling, and wet smell in the rooms. It was not disclosed before we book the room and on website pictures the bedrooms are with big windows with white, nive selling. See pictures how looks bedroom in our suit. We feel money has to be refunded. I would NEVER book room with kids in basement. No one picture on website shows bedrooms in basement. It is ablosutly not what we paid for. Will put claim on it if owner will not fully refund us . I prefer to be informed in advaced about it. P. S. Starting 1 a.m in basement bedrooms you will here runing water in sewer system, which just behind or in the beddroms wall. 3 am still running. Totally sleepless night . This hottel need to be sued for do not providing trully info about their rooms and for ruin vocation.

Everything was really great about the place. We had a difficult time finding overnight parking. If they had left a list of the best spots to try and how to work the codes, that would have been helpful. Otherwise great spot. We'd stay again if the parking issues was solved.

The apartment itself was really beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was REALLY well stocked, the bed was comfortable, etc. However, the reason I cannot give this property 5 stars is the fact that we had absolutely no hot water for the entire duration of our stay, and we got zero response whatsoever from the hotel when we tried to contact them about it. While I would probably stay here again based on the actual physical apartment, I would be quite nervous about the lack of front desk and complete non-responsiveness from management (what if the problem had been even more urgent?) Overall, I recommend the property to a certain degree, I just would encourage the hotel owners to figure out their communication issues. (NOTE: I might not recommend this property to a single female traveler based on the somewhat sketchy neighbourhood)

Pros: The property was well maintained, well supplied, and secure. Very easy to adjust climate. Was easy to stream and cast shows from my computer using airplay. Cons: I found the sound proofing was a bit weak, and I could hear people above walking around, as well as people closing doors below me and in the hall ways. I almost got locked out of my unit when the batteries in the door ran out of power. Suggest bringing 4 AA batteries just in case. Pillows were a bit low budget, bring your own if you can.

I would give this property a 5 if the TV was working. Otherwise, the location is great, quiet inside, and great kitchen. The laundry area is a big plus.

This apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We would have happily stayed for the whole duration of our booking were it not for 2 problems that were compounded by absent communication from the owners. Firstly the HULU TV set did not function in the living room area. This was just an inconvenience. However, the entire hot water supply to the apartment (but not the building) stopped half way through our week long stay. Despite repeated phone calls/voice mails and emails to the owners, our problem was not acknowledged let alone responded to or corrected. After 48 hours we felt unable to stay any longer (we were getting smelly) and we booked into the Hyatt down the road. Expedia customer service helpline (a real human) was really helpful and agreed that the service was unacceptable. They arranged a partial refund which we received promptly. I really do not like leaving negative reviews, as i do think this building an apartment was very good otherwise.
