"位置方便酒店就正在1號月台，但如果在網站有清晰指示就更方便，因為要自己兜咗一大個圈及要上斜路才可以去到酒店，原來酒店就是在月台上邊"

"好多蒼蠅陪伴。千其唔好用寄存行李櫃，電子密碼鎖自行set密碼，到取行李時密碼鎖壞了開不到，通知reception處理reset,但唔work,又沒有後備鎖匙，最後要腳踢十多次使電子鎖接通電源即時按密碼才能開啟，勿用趕車出機場，勿用"

"The lake view is wonderful. The hotel location is nice, close to train station and easy to find. However, the room have a humidity smell and the toilet have strong smell which doesn’t comfortable."

"位置太棒，出了火車站對面就到，很棒的湖景套房有陽台可以看到日內瓦湖白天與黑夜的美景。走幾分鐘就可以在湖邊散步或是去乘坐遊輪。服務人員訓練有素，雖然瑞士飯店人員都很有禮貌，但是在這邊感覺很不一樣，專業親切程度更高。是一家有氣質的飯店。房間不算很大但三人還足夠，衛浴相較是比較小些，浴缸進出沖澡比較侷促，水不小心就漏出是小小遺憾。備品是歐舒丹，早餐表現正常，餐廳一樣是無敵美景。"
