It's more of a lodge in the middle of nowhere to be honest... which isnt necessarily bad. We thought it was much closer to Gunnison. The area is beautiful and secluded. There is no cell phone service and the wifi isnt great. No food nearby so anticipate eating before arrival or eating at the restaurant. The food at the restaurant in the lodge is good! But it is pretty pricey. We ate a delicious apple fritter cake... not super vegetarian friendly though if you are. One of our family members is.

This property is a gem! Off the beaten path in the middle of the woods. Beautiful lodge and friendly staff. We loved our stay.

It's a cool place off the beaten path. Nice bar and dining room. The breakfast room coffee machine was broken with no one to fix it. The lighting could be better in the breakfast room

We did not stay here. We booked an accessible room when we got there wasn't one. We had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. The owner said to contact Expedia to cancel the stay. we haven't a chance yet.

If you want country this is the place. Absolutely stunning. We were hoping to rent some. Arcs on site but the place was closed otherwise very nice and the food at the restaurant was good too

The room was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately when we checked in, we were told the restaurant was closed. We had not eaten since early in the day so this was upsetting. She said she had sent me a message the day before, but I checked text and voicemail and had nothing. We did manage with some items out of the breakfast area and a couple things we had with us. Your driving instructions were perfect.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The property is beautiful, the music and food was great! We were in the arrowhead room, the bed felt like sleeping on a marshmallow. It was so comfortable!Everyone it seemed came out from the neighborhood to enjoy the festivities, cornhole, etc. Skye made us feel so welcome and appreciated! We would definitely visit again!

One staff member, very pleasant, but not there after we checked in and no one overnight. Felt like we were left to our own devises. Check-in office a dump.. Dining room closed. Nice room. No one around in the a.m. Breakfast spread fine.

Nous n’avons pas pu y dormir ! L’hôtel nous affres un mail 48h avant notre arrivée pour nous dire que la route principale est en travaux et qu’elle est fermée à la circulation à partir de 19h30. Le jour de notre réservation, une contrainte ne nous permettait pas d’arriver avant 19:30 J’ai fais un mail à l’hôtel pour les prévenir. Je n’ai pas eu de réponse. Étant isolé de tout, nous n’avons pas pris le risque de nous retrouver dans sur une route fermée. Et avons dû réservé un nouvel hôtel. Quelle déception le lendemain en reprenant la route de voir qu’il n’y avait en fait aucun travaux !

Excellent stay! Very remote, peaceful, and beautiful. Large very nice rooms feels like you're staying with family. The hostess Sky is very nice and very helpful. Restaurant on location also. Local Hotspot they have bingo and little concerts and karaoke but are all wrapped up and quiet at 9pm. Highly recommend
