“Elliot was available and courteous reservation and check in easy. Upon arrival 1st floor bathroom sink was not draining well, 2nd floor bathroom tub does not drain well hot and cold water are reversed sink water is also reversed. Missing sheet rock in dining room. All walls have either nails popping or water damage. We only slept at the residence one evening. I manage multiple high end properties on Nantucket and maintaining them year round. “We spent 2 nights at the hotel. Were delighted to find out they had a free coffee bar in the mornings with both regular coffee and specialty coffees. Also, complimentary bottles of water. We also did not know they had a bar and bistro. The menu was limited but it was very convenient - breakfast for us. The exercise room had just 2 pieces of equipment and free weights. The pool was small and when we took a look, there was a workman repairing the rest room and he had the side door open which……
