“3rd time stayed here and great as usual. Would stay again. I rarely ever have issues with the hotels/motels themselves. It’s the other guests which are usually the issue with their lack of awareness to the noise they create. Or, in this case, the dog(s) they travel with that constantly bark when they leave them alone in the room. Not the dog’s fault, was probably anxious. This was in room right next to me so no way to cover that sound with anything else. Will just request next time to maybe not……

We enjoyed a couple glasses of wine on the deck with a mountain view. Where we live is completely flat. Then we witnessed an almost full moon. The unit was spotless. The bed was comfortable. Tim greeted us upon arrival and got us oriented to some of the old-farmhouse idiosyncracies (mostly location of light switches). We were delighted by his and Mary’s thoughtfulness — they even provided milk, eggs and bread for the next morning. It was reassuring to know they were right next door if we needed anything, but everything in the house functioned well and we were very comfortable. ”
