We were looking for a place that was close to Colorado Springs but wanted something that had a more rural feel and this unit did the trick. “We did like the pond that was close enough so the kids could throw bread of the balcony and feed them. We did not like the fact that the side parking lot was not lighted, light poles were there but were not functioning, the path to the room was lighted. “We loved this house! It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants etc and the views are amazing from the patio. The downstairs Den area is a nice area to hang out.
