“This property was just the right size for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We had one good day of weather and spent it on the lake, however, the girls would have loved some pictures by the pool—it looked as if maybe it was in the process of being drained and then just left. It was green and not covered for winter yet. There is a nice fire pit area that we took advantage of several nights. Bring your own chairs! The driveway is a little narrow, but has ample parking. The only other “issue” we had was……

“We were in town for a bass master event and I feel like we won the lottery. Some times you end up at places that a shady or run down. But, this was beautiful and peaceful. The host was great at communication and went above and beyond. Truly a little slice of heaven. If bass master comes back to Dale hallow next year. We will be back! Thank you for having us!”

“This was the best location for a getaway near dale hallow resort and golf course. The owners were great and my group enjoyed our time! ”

“Stayed here while visiting the area to compete in tournament on Dale Hollow. Couldn’t ask for a better place to relax after a long day on the water. The house was clean, cozy, and the area was quiet. Enjoyed sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise over the mountains in the morning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to visit the area. ”

“Great weekend at the “Hutt.” Gathered here with friends and family to celebrate my 50th birthday. Awesome indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out, we really enjoyed the fire features, pickle ball and the movie theatre was quite the hit between classics and college football. I’d recommend to anyone and the host was very welcoming. ”

“Property has a unbeatable view of Dale Hollow Lake. House has 2 level decks with comfortable seating to view. House itself has very nice furnishings and decorated nicely.Grandkids enjoyed the hammock and swing outside and the many choices of games inside.Near Sunset Marina/restaurant ( had a terrific meal )”

“We enjoyed our stay in this very clean and up-to-date cottage!! The outside porch was not very clean but liked having the gate so our small dog could enjoy it with us while we had our morning coffee!! Found it extremely difficult to get our pontoon in to unload!! Gates are not wide enough to manage getting boats in and out easily! ”
