“First and foremost, the communication was incredible. From time of booking to time of check-in, they made my fiance and I feel so welcomed and comfortable to stay. They almost seemed as excited as we were to stay. We had come from FL and I also had to work the same day of travel, so a late night check in was crucial. “Let me be brutally honest. The place was in a decent area and quiet. Was easy to find. However, it was not cleaned at all, stains on the sheets of both bed, crumbs in bed, dirt on floor. Not too mention there was no cold water for the shower, so in order to take one, we would have to burn our skin. Tried multiple times to contact and no answer. Finally got ahold of automated service. Nobody would do anything. Nobody checked. Had to leave early. Seems like they do not care about the people……

“The property was very clean and new. Location was excellent to access stores (food, lowes, walmart, etc) and to Cherokee lake. The shower pressure was great. Communication with the property manager was easy. We added an extra day without difficulty. Being able to bring your pet/dog was a plus considering boarding in a kennel was not an option for my wife.”
