“This place is as unique and creative as they come! So much variety, almost too difficult to describe, but has a skater urban vibe in the middle of the country with a touch of redneck. Owner was good to work with and worked out great for our college age birthday party.”

“Very convenient apartment location and the owner was helpful when we found that the key fob wasn’t was not able to let us in the building. It seemed to be a problem for other building tenants as well, so we were glad to be able to reach the owner . Space was clean and comfortable with a great restaurant and Speakeasy property in the building. Parking garage nearby was free on weekends. Coffee provided but if you need creamers, sugar or ice - better bring your own. Visit the Hjemkomst Museum in……

“We stayed with some others for a hockey tournament. Plenty of space for everyone to socialize or not and location was great. Park nearby was awesome bonus.”

“We stayed the weekend with a group of friends (3 couples total). The house was clean and comfortable, it was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessities, the bathrooms were even stocked with toiletries for those of us that forgot some items. Will definitely return when we plan another stay in Fargo. ”

“The room was a little too hot for us old folks, but we managed. I was concerned when we got there and heard dogs barking in the room above us, but after that initial barking, they were quiet. I think they were just greeting us! The location was perfect for where we needed to go. Would definitely stay there again! Hope to next year! ”

“This is a nice and comfortable home. We lacked nothing and we did not need Richard over the weekend because everything was taken care of already but he made himself available just in case. The home is in a nice residential area very near the university. We would certainly choose this home again if we were coming back to Fargo.”

“This is an older property but it was clean and everything was as advertised. There are only two window units in the apartment, neither are in the bedrooms (which I was worried about) but they kept the apartment cool enough even with the 80 degree weather outside. Location is great if you are working on campus as it is just a block away! Would definitely stay here again!”
