“The environment is comfortable and quiet, with clean and tidy bedding. The setting is pleasant, and cooking utensils are fully equipped. There are various types of shopping venues near the hotel. This is the second visit, and it’s just as good as the first time. Customer service is quick to respond, with excellent efficiency.”

“Very comfortable, well presented and well equipped apartment. The only small issue is the mould/mildew in the shower area which we appreciate may be down to the use of eco friendly products but it does spoil the presentation of the shower area”

“Great apartment in the heart of Sheffield, and so near bars, restaurants and shopping. We parked in a multi story off Matilda Street as it was 24hour and a bargain for £20 for 2 nights. A short walk, no problem (great little cafe outside too for breakfast/brunch). The apartment was easy to find and the hosts were really helpful with directions/answering questions. My only gripe/suggestion to improve is for proper blackout curtains. Its near bars, so expect a bit of noise (earplugs work). ……

“This was one of the worst properties I have stay in. Firstly this is student accommodation via student halls that are being rented out for additional income by the owners. As such the quality of what’s received is as basic as possible. The rooms are next to a busy area of Leeds, with music playing until early morning. The windows are not soundproof therefore you can hear everything throughout the night. The bed is a twin, it’s small and the mattress is very uncomfortable with small flat……

“I was a little concerned that check in info, including teh address, was to be provided only 3 hours before check-in time, but in the event it all worked out fine. The apartment is not fancy, but comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped.”
