“Water cut off when the day we arrive about 1hr that cause us sleep late. Also on the morning they don’t have hot water supply that’s really bad. Hope I could get refund”
“The Staff - JD great front man at the desk to great us, Cam our waiter, Lilly our horseback guide were just fantastic. Mauricio went out of his way to explain the Lodge and was very helpful. We had nice conversations with the other cleaning people. The staff will bend over backwards to accommodate you. Dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Do the horseback ride. Great experience.”
