Room had not been vacuumed, there was garbage and food from previous guests on the floor of our room. Chose to pay at property and was charged more than booked for on Expedia. When questioned about the price, was told since I chose to pay at property that was the price, basically take it or leave it. Pool was Ice cold so no one went in it. Was not just my party, but every party that came to check out the pool dipped a foot in then walked away. Hot tub was broken down and not running. We got a room overlooking the pool as we had small kids with us and you could see into our room through the hole behind the Heating/AC unit. Would not recommend staying at this property.

The hot tub and sauna were out of order and main pool was cold. The area the pool was in was pretty cold. Parts of the hotel were very run down and not closed off. We had a room on the first floor and we could hear every footstep and word that was said above us. Hard to sleep at night. The was was also cold and then it was way to hot. I know Covid effected this hotel so I wouldn’t right it off but it needs some life and tlc put into it.

There was a snow truck in the parking lot and from noon the Friday till noon the Saturday no snow was removed we got stuck m! My child had to run to highway to get our food delivery as no one with out a truck could get in! Pool room was cold then out of order

Check in was ok. When we opened the door to the room we got blasted with crazy heat and smell. The room stinks. Very old and previously smoked in. The bathroom was clean with the exception of the tub. There is such a build up it will need some serious scrubbing but it can certainly be cleaned better than it is. We wouldnt even use it. The mattress as so old/soft that when we sat on the bed, we sunk. I had a horrible sleep and was up half a dozen times in the night. By 6am my back hurt so bad that I had an upset stomach too. I couldn't even lay down anymore. When we went toxhexk out and try the continental breakfast there was a sign on the door to a black room that says breakfast is only 8-9, not 7-9 as listed in the description. I would not recommend this Inn to anyone and we will not be back!
