“Enjoyed the one level home and walk out to the beach and dock. Kitchen is lovely and had the essentials. Was nice being close to city park for grandkids and there is a wonderful corner cafe within walking distance. Seating in living room could be improved but we made it work. We would definitely stay again. ”

“The accuracy of the online listing was a bit deceiving, as the house is no longer the color that was shown in the online photos. The home had plenty of space and the check-in process was easy. The house had been closed up for some time and smelled musty upon entry. The beds were comfortable, but the bedding must have been on the beds for quite some time, as it smelled very musty. “Love the location. A bit for everyone to do from the trails, atv riding, fishing , farm animals and more. The owners are good people and our kiddos made a new friend with their daughter. I did read a lot of mixed reviews before we went so we went in aware that it is an older property. Michael was good at communicating when we got there about any unexpected things that weren’t working. “The house was great - used the space for a small, early spring off site work meeting. The kitchen and coffee bar had everything we needed, nice bedrooms and linens, and lots of comfortable break out spaces for relaxation and small group conversation. The field house could use a bit of additional renovation but amenities were as advertised. Wonderful dining table for a large group, great fire pit area, and a great host to work with! “Five sisters / friends, age 65 and older, plus one baby at 50 years needed some girl getaway time. The host was amazing and so is the house. There were many handicapped features for us to use including a ramp to get into the house and a walk-in shower. Everything that we needed was included except for the food. We will definitely be staying here again. We truly have found the perfect place for our stay.”

“The house is spacious and immaculate. Two kitchens (main and small one on 2nd floor), plenty of eating areas for large groups, comfortable beds, tons of towels, and hard flooring for easy cleanup. The two master bedrooms upstairs are very large, so there is plenty of room for cribs and/or blowup mattresses. Things that should be updated on listing: there isn't a hot tub, and the laundry facilities are not available for guest use. Also, the 5th walk-through bedroom has a pullout couch and……

“The weather didn't cooperate the week we were there but the house is close to charming small towns with great restaurants, breweries, wineries and specialty shops. My adult children all had a great time visiting, playing games and exploring the small towns.”
