“We had a lovely stay at this property, privacy and peace, which was just what we were looking for, only sorry that we couldn't stay longer! The cottage was excellent, with everything you need for a short stay, and very well equipped. There was fresh bread, milk, jam, Lurpak (my preference), and even some locally made biscuits, which were lovely, all provided by our Host Ruth, thank you Ruth. We will be booking again!”

“Great location, hidden away but very close to the town.Paul & Julia were very friendly & the studio was perfectly kitted out for a short break, bed was very comfortable & a lovely little outside seating area (Sue the cat was very friendly & loved a big fuss too)Highly recommend Matt & Julie”

“We stayed over a long weekend so I could participate in the Ultra Challenge event and see a little bit of the local area. The weather was good and we had an enjoyable stay. The location is West Bay was ideal for our needs as well as being quiet so restful as well.”

“Perfect perfect stay, warm and cosy,radiator control at your finger tips. Lovely pots and pans,comfy bed. Very quiet area. We extended 2 days for easons of food poisoning and Georgy so accommodating which was fabulous. We would stay there again with out a doubt. Decoratedfor Christmas/ New Year which was lovely. Onsite Parking is great as street parking was busy. Thankyou Georgy. A lovely time was had by the Ellis’s”

“Quiet, peaceful location with amenities close to hand just the place for a relaxing week. Property is very well equipped and the secluded garden at the back a bonus.”

“Cottage was in a lovely location very peaceful setting however there were a couple cleanliness issues, black mould on alot of the tiles in the shower, the shower is definitely not made for anyone bigger than a size 14 and lots of limescale on the shower head the bed frame was very dusty and the toilet kept dumping water periodically which was annoying at night also we didn't realise you had to " book" the hot tub, that being said its was a lovely relaxing break and would definitely stay there……

“This property is a wonderful place to stay. Fantastic location in Lyme with off street parking which is like hens teeth in the area. The property is well appointed and incredibly comfortable. Communication was excellent and would highly recommend for a break of any length”

“The caravan is in great location and is looked after. Easy to find the place and easy to get everywhere around. Enjoyable entertainment programs. Only down-point is - the second bedroom is very small (no problems for children). There were 4 of us, all adults. Other that that all is very good.”
