“This property was in perfect condition, well appointed, and perfectly located for skiing at Snowbasin. The unit manager, Launa provided excellent pre-arrival instructions and follow-up communication and responded to any of our question or requests for local information in minutes, which is certainly not the norm for most vacation rental properties. If we ski in Utah next year, this is where we are staying! Florida Ski Family”

“The condo is remodeled and in great condition. It is quite small and for 3 adults comfortably. Any more and it would be tight. Hot water for the shower and comfortable bedding. Our son slept on a cot with a mattress that they store under the queen bed. It was fine. The only thing I would improve is adding a split ac unit instead of a window unit. It worked well but the window was always slightly a jar. Not as secure as we’d like. We didn’t keep any valuables on premises due to the window needing……

“We stayed here for Spring Break. It's only 15/20 minutes to the resort. The condo is the perfect location for Snow Basin (just about as close as you can get) & was the perfect size for our family of 5. It's also an easy drive to Ogden for shopping and dinner. The highway noise is a real thing though. Especially since this unit is the closest unit to the highway. We got up early to hit the slopes.. so it didn't bother us. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a wonderful experience at this property! Perfect for skiing at Snowbasin, which was only a 12 min easy drive away. The surrounding area is beautiful, quiet and rural and not overdeveloped like most towns near ski areas, with two great little village centers for exploring and shopping. The condo is exactly as pictured, laid out well for a family of skiers, with plenty of storage and room for wet gear and skis. Easy covered parking outside right by the stairs for quick loading and……
