“The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. It just needed to be vacuumed a bit better. However, the bed was clean and comfortable. We had a very quiet room and had 3 great nights of sleep! Hillsboro, TX is not a big city at all, but we decided to stay in between Waco and Dallas because of the graduations we were there for. “An absolutely delightful stay. Very well behaved four legged hosts, and a charming two legged innkeeper! The food is outstanding and there is a game and puzzle closet available, that also includes a few books. A word of advice: the stairs to the second floor are in excellent condition, but if climbing stairs isn’t for you - request a downstairs room. We were unaware of this when making our reservation, but they were able to move us to a ground-level room. Highly recommend ”
