Located on North Georgia's premier mountain lake, pristine Lake Blue Ridge, this luxurious three-level home offers luxury, comfort and lots of entertainment options with multiple outdoor and indoor living areas that offer tremendous 180-degree lake views including a game loft, a terrace level TV lounge, an in-ground trampoline, a main floor living room with a fireplace, and our adjacent high-end chef's kitchen with a professional 36" stove in the center island—with lake views, of course—and a huge commercial refrigerator. This home has high-end, custom upscale furnishings and HGTV star Kristy Petrillo's signature contemporary global opulent design throughout. Enjoy stunning lake views from the main level covered porch or relax and enjoy the breeze as you recline in the swinging bed. Our newest amenity is a large in-ground trampoline. *The pool is heated Mid- May to Mid-June and September to mid October to a comfortable 80 degrees. You can also enjoy lake views from the shady poolside cabana with bathrooms and a grand fireplace.

The home has six bedrooms, including a master king on main with fireplace and private bath, another master with a fireplace and a private bath on the terrace level, along with another king room with adjacent bath. Upstairs there are a king room with a lake view and a queen room that share a bath, and a bunk room with 2 queens/2 twins and a twin trundle and a private bath.

Please note: No smoking or pets allowed. No weddings or events with extra guests permitted. Home is monitored by exterior cameras. 50% of reservation is required to book and the balance is due 60 days before arrival. Must cancel 60 days prior to arrival for 97% refund. This is a TVA lake and as such it is not full during winter months.
Our management fee goes to our cleaners. Platforms do not allow pricing to go below a certain point based on your cleaning fee. This is a way we can pay our cleaners a fair and living wage.

FAQ:
Pool Heat: Custom in ground hot tub is heated year round, the pool is heated mid May-mid October. Off season pool heat MAY be available depending on temperature and will incur an additional fee based on current fuel prices- Please reach out with questions!)
Check-in/Check-out: Regular check-in at 4PM, check-out by 10AM. Early check-ins may be possible but are not guaranteed and cannot be confirmed until 24 hours before check in.
Supplies & Cleaning: The house is provided with a stater kit of paper goods, additional supplies will need to be purchased. Mid-stay cleaning services available for a fee.
Power Outages: The house does have back up generators. We cannot offer a refund due to power outages beyond our control.
Cancelation Policy: Please read our cancellation Policy. We understand things come up! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Trip insurance. We cannot refund outside of our policy. All cancellations subject to 5% of fees paid.
