Check out this waterfront home in a beautiful lake James gated community offers countless ways to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. This location is one you can’t create! It truly showcases everything the Lake James lifestyle has to offer including a private beach area nestled among beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, access to the Fonta Flora Trail, and a picnic area. Located on the Burke County side of Lake James, your new vacation home is then 15 mins from Downtown Morganton.
This area is a mecca for nature adventurist with endless options for hiking, biking, kayaking, and more! There is also a large variety of breweries, wineries, and boutique shops all within 30 mins.

From the moment you enter, this home is nothing short of amazing! You and your family will have plenty of space for gathering in the total open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Entertain your friends and family in the kitchen as they gather around the island while you cook up a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen does not disappoint as it showcases Bosch appliances and beautiful quartz countertops.

Also on main floor, conveniently located off the kitchen area is a half bath. On this same floor you will enjoy the comforts of a huge primary bedroom which includes a very luxurious full bath with a private toilet room. End your day with a relaxing spa like shower experience in the walk in shower with a rain head and a beautiful custom tile work. You will also find a very cool LED mirror.

The daylight basement features an open area with a kitchenette (small refrigerator, sink, and microwave). Create fun memories with loved ones playing a game of ping pong, electronic basketball, or watching a movie together on the smart TV. Still on the basement level, you will find three bedrooms; two of which have queens size beds, and the third has two full beds. There is also a full bathroom with a dual vanity.

Step outside and enjoy the scenery on a large covered back deck with a fire table with plenty of seating for your family. There is also a lower patio with a dining table and fire pit to roast marshmallows on a nice summer evening.

Take a short walk down to this lot’s private water frontage, where you’ll find kayaks and paddles available for your personal use.

While there’s no dock at the home, you’re welcome to bring your boat and trailer — with use of the garage and plenty of parking space available. If you don’t have a boat, we’re happy to recommend a local rental service.

Guests also have access to a private community beach, and there are two public boat launches located within 5 minutes for easy access to the lake.

Excellent Home

This is a great place!! The place was very clean, spacious, and appeared new. It was well stocked with necessary items. We loved the upper-level back porch where we would all come together first thing in the morning among other times. We are trying to decide on a time for renting it again.
