"We stayed in Oct2025. The Hotel Francis is a old motel with relatively new owners. You can tell they are slowly sprucing up the rooms, common areas, exterior, and parking area. "The good: The property was absolutly beautiful. There were 7 of us and we had a fantastic time. The beds were comfortable and the a/c was fantastic. The deck on the water was really nice.
