"室外寒冷，室內超熱，想打開窗透透氣；窗鉸損壞不能被打開。通知酒店訴說情況，立時派工作人員到房間跟進。工程人員發現窗鉸已損壞不能打開，立刻從遠處帶來一把風扇。並告知現時酒店滿房。早上立刻為我更換房間。 以上事件發生在凌晨1:30。酒店服務精神令人讚賞。"

"空間很小，價位不值得，整個客房走廊都還有濃濃的裝潢，床墊很軟沒有支撐度，客房裝潢完全不覺得是新裝潢，沒遇過這麼小的浴缸。"

"The hotel is new and clean, and I think this hotel is basically targeting at single traveler so there're lots of single room in the hotel. However, the hotel is thoughtful enough to help arrange same group travelers to stay on the same floor and closed to each others. The room is small but big enough for single person and a big suitcase, the bed and pillows are comfy. The only thing I do not like is the space of the bathroom, it's really way too small and easily to get everything so wet in the bathroom. The location is good as well, and it's walking distance from the Hakodate train station (around 10 mins). And there's lots of dining options nearby, and a big super market as well. Very convenient, highly recommend to travelers. And one more plus point, most of the staffs know how to communicate in English. "

"Due to a flight cancellation, I booked this hotel on the same day and arrived for check-in around 10 PM. The process was very smooth. The room was clean, modern, and just the right size to open two suitcases. The highlight was the open-air bath on the top floor, which I used at 5 AM the next morning to refresh myself. Afterward, I enjoyed a seafood breakfast at the morning market across from the hotel. Overall, it was a great experience that recharged me for the rest of my journey."
