“This hotel was in an excellent location for Disneyland Paris. 5 minutes walk to the train station, and only one stop on the train to Disneyland. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is located on a beautiful street, with an array of restaurants, supermarkets and large shopping centre. Our boys aged 8 and 6, loved relaxing in the beautiful indoor pool in the evening. I would highly recommend this hotel, it was also extremely good value for money. We are looking……

“Wir haben dieses Hotel wegen dem großen Haus (mit Küche, Garten, drei Zimmer und zwei Bäder) und nähe Disneyland gebucht. Aber die ganzen Aktivitäten (Schwimmen, Bauernhof, Tiere, etc.) waren so toll, dass die Kinder nachher keine Lust hatten, zum Disneyland zu fahren. Da wir aber die Karten schon vorher gekauft hatten, sind wir auch zum Disneyland gefahren. Nächstes Jahr sind wir wieder dabei, glaube ich.”

“Residhome Suites Paris Sénart was perfect for my short stay in Lieusaint while visiting my friend abroad. Check in, with early luggage storage was easy and the staff was very friendly. “Der Aufenthalt war super. Personal sehr nett und dafür das wir kein französisch sprechen konnten, konnten wir uns gut auf Englisch mit dem Personal verständigen. Leider kamen wir immer erst spät am Abend Nach Hause, so das wir den Pool nicht mehr nutzen konnten (offen bis 20 Uhr). Leider wohnten Tauben auf dem Balkon. Die jeden Tag dort ihrer Toilette hatten. Das war nicht so schön. Zimmer waren alle sehr geräumig , groß und sauber. Einkaufsgeschäfte waren nicht weit. Ich würde die Unterkunft……

"早上報到時工作人員就寫錯房號，直到我園區玩了一整天看完煙火，回來提領行李回到飯店房間之後，因為行李太重扛不上二樓到櫃檯要改房間時才發現給錯房號跟住宿區域…超扯…隔天退房後忘了一罐啤酒在房內窗邊，詢問櫃檯直接表示房務回報整理沒發現，就是直接幹走當做自己的了啊！整理到沒帶走的物品連等個一天都不願意…Zz"

破爛酒店，不合格的三星酒店
"太可怕了！價格絕對反映質素！這是完全不合格的三星酒店，房間內部設施非常陳舊，地磚、牆壁均出現裂紋和嚴重發黃。浴室嚴重發霉和發黑，小廚房內的廚具和食具亦沒有清洗乾淨，酒店附送的茶包、咖啡即沖劑的包裝表面也污糟、黏糊糊，完全不敢飲用。廁所馬桶一整晚都能聽到樓上的沖廁聲，房間內部隔音不良，一邊睡覺一邊聽到廁所內的沖廁聲，影響睡眠質素。房間和走廊的隔音差勁，走廊的輕微說話聲也完全聽得一清二楚。強烈不建議入住這間破爛酒店。"

"Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me."
