“Das Objekt besteht aus dem Haupthaus und dem etwa 100 m entfernten Gartengrundstück. Das Haus befindet sich mitten im engen Ortskern von Cissano und ist behutsam modernisiert, trotzdem finden sich an vielen Stellen noch Blicke auf die alte Bausubstanz. Es ist gut eingerichtet, an vielen Stellen auch mit alten Möbeln, die allerdings hier und da etwas zusammengewürfelt wirken.
