“My husband and I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this facility. Even though it was very hot during the day we were able to get very early morning tennis times, borrow bikes and use the many pools often. It is a few block walk into town which made for some very fun short bike rides and walks. This property is incredibly built into the side of a hill with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces. “This place was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I like to stay close to Palm springs and this was a perfect location. Very private with nice pool and hot tub. The view of the mountains were absolutely amazing. We got to see the sunrise and the sunset. The property manager/owner was a phone call away if we needed anything. “This rental was perfect for a girls' weekend getaway. We loved the fact that it had 2 king beds (not queen) and the room with 2 beds were full size. The couch was large and easily accommodated six people. It was a great setup for a friend's visit. The house had everything we needed. The location was close to downtown. The pool was great but it would be much easier to get out if there were a handrail by the steps. The inside and outside decor were great for pictures!”

"I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating.
To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance and attention to such basic amenities.
I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their facilities to provide a better experience for future guests."
