“I rated all 5 stars even though we had to cancel our accommodations at the last minute due to illness. I spoke with Dale, and even though we couldn't obtain a refund, he was very understanding and we discussed future options. I'm really looking forward to staying here in the near future and really appreciate the time Dale took to speak with me.”

“Second time at this property. Location is great and there is less traffic than downtown Palm Springs. Rooms are immaculate. Staff was wonderful. Parking was no problem at all, and no extra charge for parking. We will definitely return!”

"I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance and attention to such basic amenities. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their facilities to provide a better experience for future guests."
