“Great little house if you want to be on the river.Beautifully presented and renovated.We stayed 3 nights. Beds very comfortable. Air con and fans throughout. Pod coffee machine was a bonus.Yamba very relaxed and the beaches are beautiful. Hired a fishing boat and spent a half day on the Clarence River.”

“Last available property in Yamba via searching various websites. Very pleased we secured this property for two nights last minute over NYE. The host Karen is a pleasure to communicate with. Property was excellent. Ideal location, overall will be booking for future stays.”

“Hot and uncomfortable in bedrooms tower fans were useless cooking pots had no lids we were not informed of construction work next door we went on a holiday to relax not to be subject to noise from 7am to mid afternoon also they decided to work on Sunday morning for three hours until we informed then it was rude to be working on a Sunday we cut our stay short due to noise we will NOT be back”

The place was beautifully furnished and comfortable and it had everything we needed. Lynne was a great host. We would love to stay again and highly recommend this place. ”
