“This place was a little slice of paradise. We would’ve been happy to stay much longer, but it was a perfect landing spot for the night after a Red Rocks show. The view was possibly even more gorgeous than the listing shows, and the apartment itself was very clean and charming. I hope to return here if I have lots of writing to do and want to retreat into the wilderness.”

“The room was clean andnthere is plenty of space. The kitchen is well-eqqipped. The shower door handle is broken and the shower door won't close, sonwater leaksnonto the floor. Also, the room had a funny smel that was very noticeable when you entered the apartment. The place is in a great area with lots of good restaurants and walking distance to downtown, Coors Field, and Mile-High Stadium.”

“Very walkable, nice to have a small park across the street. Couch and bed were extremely comfortable and kitchen was large and modern with a comically small sink. Parking in the garage was easy after we figured out we needed to get out of the car to use the door code to hit “open” on the garage door. Great to be able to come and go. Lucy’s Burger place down the street was my personal favorite for a gluten free food option. Rooftop was cool, worth checking out. ”
