“This was our second time here and everything was as comfortable and lovely as we remember it! Having the pond outside was such a nice touch and we spent many mornings and evening on the porch. We had one small issue and it was resolved quickly. Would (will) 100% stay here again if we are in the Phoenix/Glendale area.”

“This property was very beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. It was close to our daughters college for moving her out for the summer and all communication was very easy with the owner. The pool was close to the unit and the lake view was gorgeous and peaceful. Super clean and comfortable! Would stay here again.”

“The inside of this property was nicely updated. It’s a smaller building that would work for a couple or small family. I had an issue with locking the front door but the property manager was very responsive and gave me a quick solution. The outside area is very small and could use some attention.”

The bathroom sink hot water faucet was difficult to turn and the sink drain was slow.The nightstand bottom door was broken. Every time you opened and tried to close.Location would be the only reason I would return.”
