“Nice neighborhood, and responsive hostess. Plenty of room, beds were comfortable, but there simply was not enough living room seating for more than 3 full-sized adults, and unfortunately both the small couch and loveseat were not comfortable due to lack of support and cushioning. Also, while the kitchen was nice and roomy with the large bar and counters, and the refridgerator and stove/oven/microwave were modern, it was minimal in other amenities. To be honest, a better dishwasher is needed, and……

“Two of my sons and I were in Indy for the 500! This house worked out perfectly for us! Nice grand house. Very quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were very prompt and attentive with communication. We would return! ”

“The yard was unkept. As soon as you walk into the property, you smell dog and see air freshener pods EVERYWHERE throughout the house. The house was NOT clean. The floors needed to be cleaned, there were spider/dust webs in the corners of ceiling and floor with bugs trapped. You can see dog nose prints on the sliding doors and paw scratches on the windowsills in the downstairs bedroom. The bedding was cheap and dirty. We placed towels over our pillows to keep from our faces from touching them. We……

“Great place to stay with multi aged kids and family. Tons of space to spread out. We stayed with our whole family. Grandmas to parents to older teens and young teens. With all the games and things to do even the adults were busy on the video games. Location is great. Kroger is 5 minutes away. Beds were super comfortable. Our favorite room was the sun room that overlooks the privately wooded fenced in back yard. Would definitely stay again. Thanks again for hosting us. ”

“If youre needing a perfect little fanily stay in Indy, this is it!! Night 1 was a birthday party with a bunch of tweens(I'm a little crazy haha). The kids had a BLAST!!! The property was vig enough for tag and hide & seek and then the hot tub Officially voted BEST SLEEPOVER EVER by 6 little cuties! Then day 2 was a night for just my husband and I to relax for the 1st nught with no kids in 3 years. It was perfect and everything we needed and wanted! Communication was very easy and everything……

“We stayed in this lovely home with friends and all our adult children, 11 adults total. The house was big enough for all of us to have a bed, watch the Indy 500/Pacers game and enjoy meals and games at the large kitchen table. Jake was easy to communicate with. Lastly the community of Franklin was quiet with unique, fun shops! It was a great getaway weekend!”
