“The property was lovely, especially having a walk down to the lake, a communal games room. Our room was nicely laid out and in good repair. It was a great experience overall that I'd recommend and feeding the alpacas was memorable, but it was spoilt in a minor way by the long access road having many potholes and the generally lack of phone data or wi-fi at the room. Overall it was quite beautiful and a fun break, but for the price I felt that it needed a little more.”

“Overall remarks are good but : - The noise of Bar comes through the closed window - very loud till 2PM (we knew that before booking, but still we believe that some kinds of measures can be implemented - for example using thick drapes on the window wall could in effectively reduce the noise) - No lift, has to carry baggage 2 floors”

“Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room is small but neat and tidy. Location is convenient. There're plenty of restaurant choices and big supermarkets within 15 mins walk. Train station is opposite to the hotel, but it is under maintenance so we took a shuttle bus to another town to change train when leaving.”
