Charming apartment of 30M2 located in the Araucarya residence, quiet area, close to the center of the resort, children's village, aquariaz (aquatic center).

Ski in and out.

The apartment consists of a spacious bedroom with 1 double bed, storage cupboard and flat screen tv.

An independent sleeping area with bunk bed, storage drawer.

A living room with flat screen tv, convertible sofa offering a real double bed (bultex mattress) and a dining area for 6 people.

A kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave / grill oven, 1 classic coffee maker and 1 nespresso, kettle, toaster, raclette, fondue and all the necessary cooking.

A bathroom with shower, towel dryer, hair dryer and toilet

Wifi internet in the apartment.

Ski room

Cot and high chair are available in the apartment.

Laundromat at the foot of the residence

Lovely Holiday

excellent and well located holiday home, good communication with the owner and everything available in the house that makes a good and smooth holiday possible. The only downside is the small double bed and the poor quality of the mattress

Séjour très agréable

Appartement très bien situé et très bien agencé. La communication avec Estelle est très fluide, tout est très bien organisé (pour récupérer les clés notamment). Petite attention super gentille : nous avons eu droit à un panier garni pour la réservation de notre séjour. A améliorer : les joints de la douche sont à refaire - ils sont noirs à cause du moisi et cela ne fait pas très clean. Je recommande quand même cet appartement qui a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour.

Appartement bien équipé et situé (coeur de station, départ ski au pied et au calme). Détail à revoir : manque de pression d'eau dû au calcaire surtout au robinet de la cuisine. Avons passé un séjour sympa sous le soleil.

Appartement très bien agencé et fonctionnel

Appartement bien situé dans la station, calme car en retrait par rapport au centre. Correspond à notre besoin pour un séjour en été pour une famille avec deux jeunes enfants. L'adhésion de la propriétaire au multipasse nous a permis de bénéficier des remontées mécaniques à moindre coût sur les stations des Portes du Soleil. Très bonne réactivité de la propriétaire à toutes nos sollicitations. On vous recommande cette location.

Usage optimal de l'espace pour un séjour confortable en famille

On vient de passer deux belles semaines chez Estelle à la résidence Araucarya et on est content de pouvoir fortement recommander cette location! Depuis le début, meme avant qu'on est arrivé dans la station, on profitait de communications rapides et précises du propriétaire avec le but de tout bien expliquer et de rendre notre séjour le plus confortable et calme possible. Aussi bien apprécié est le processus de "check-in" ainsi que la gérance générale de l'agence Avoriaz Location en face - l'équipe était super sympa pendant tout notre séjour, à répondre à nos questions, réparer une latte cassée dans le lit, arranger l'état des lieux, etc. Par rapport à l'espace, c'est sur que les locations aux stations de ski comme Avoriaz ne sont pas spacieuses, mais on trouvait que chaque mètre-carré dans l'appartement a été bien réfléchit pour optimiser l'utilité. Par exemple, le coin pour les enfants avec lits superposés permet aux parents de partager quelques moments de calme en confort après que les petits soient endormis. Il y a plein de placards dans la chambre et à l'entrée pour bien ranger ses trucs. La cuisine est petite mais serviceable et équipée d'aliments de base (huile, sel, poivre). La douche puissante et chaude est aussi un A-plus à la fin d'une longue journée de ski! Finalement, l'appartement bénéfice d'une petite vue sur la face Arare du domaine skiable - on peut voir avant de chausser ses skis s'il y a du monde sur les pistes! Quelques petites notes: Le casier de skis en bas est juste suffisant pour quatre paires de skis (pas de chaussures) - c'est à dire assez petit mais ça joue quand meme. On peut arriver à l'appartement du villlage sur la neige mais il y a quelques bouts du trajet qui sont plats ou meme montant un peu - ce qui peut etre moins facile pour les tout petits. Merci encore, Estelle, d'un séjour sympa et confortable chez vous!

very cosy and inviting apartment, just right for our family

the apartment has everything you need for a great time in Avoriaz in our case in the summer. good views of the mountains, quiet , plenty to keep your children occupied in Avoriaz and plenty of places to visit in the area, Chamonix was a hit as was Evian les Bains and swimming in lac Leman . The aquariaz in Morzine is good if you don't want to drive , several supermarkets, bakers etc. Being in the mountains don't expect any flat bits! We had a wonderful time and Estelle was a perfect owner , replied quickly , excellent english for the technical bits and provides a first class place to stay . Merci bien Hy Estelle . A great stay at a great price .

The aparment was well equiped, clean with a lovely view.

It was perfect for us as it was in a great location, close to the ski school and shops. The agency Avoriaz Location was very helpful in answering any questions and even sent us a text to say the apartment was ready. We had an unforgetable holiday in an amazing location. Would definitely recommend the apartment! Thank you to Estelle for a lovely stay!

A lovely compact apartment in a fantastic location

We have just returned from a week long stay at this apartment in Avoriaz. We arrived late but the keys were waiting for us at the Entry Station. Everything was exactly as described and Estelle answered all questions beforehand so we knew the extras to bring along (towels, toilet rolls, soap etc) The location of the apartment is excellent - it really was skis on and straight down to the slopes. Just a 5 min stroll in the evenings found us next to plenty of bars and restaurants. There were also 2 supermarkets nearby. As far as the living accommodation is concerned, it was compact, yet clean and inviting. We were a party of 4 - 2 adults, 2 teenagers - it was just right; cozy rather than cramped. The kitchen has a microwave, 2 hot rings, fridge and dishwasher (which was great after a long day skiing!!) The WiFi coped well too with the demands of our teenagers! Avoriaz is a really beautiful location and this apartment is superbly located to enjoy the best of it. We will be back next year!!
