“We enjoyed being high above the bay, with the breeze off the sea; flying insects were not a problem. Driving up the driveway takes some getting accustomed to; but was well worth the effort. Neighbors were friendly and patient. ”

“The view was beautiful from the deck and hot tub. We slept comfortably in the air conditioned bedroom. Had some grill and stove issues with having no gas but was able to talk with property manager and got that resolved. ”

“This property is perfect, so spacious and clean with all the amenities you could need! Beds are super comfy and host was really nice and responsive. Highly recommend! Please note you will need to be ok driving to beaches but they are super close (within 10 min)”

“6 of us stayed for 4 nights prior to doing a 7 night Sailing trip out og Hodges Marina, our host was out of town but set up a driver Lionel to pick us up at Beef Island airport and bring to our villa. Lionel was super would contact us daily for any driving we needed and took good care of us”

“Spectacular view of Drakes passage from the house and pool. Beautiful beach short walk away with very few people. The restaurant and club facilities are also a short walk away and a real added convenience. The stay and amenities were everything we could hope for. There is a property manager that was very helpful and cleaning were regular. I will just note for other guests that the bedrooms are split between two floors. Master 1 upstairs and another two with shared bathroom downstairs. You need……

Sit on out on one of the verandas at night and star gaze to the sound of frogs as the puffs of clouds float by just overhead. I cannot WAIT to return and stay longer! Thank you Mitzy!!”

“WOW! Just WOW! Where do we start? The home is perfectly situated on the slope overlooking the ocean, the Caribbean islands in the distance and the occasional ferries motoring by on their way to Road Town. It was immaculately clean and appointed with every little need you might have. The back patio and the hot tub were enjoyed daily and was the perfect place to start with a cup of Coffee and end the day with a cool libation. And then there were the hosts… Absolutely THE MOST hospitable……
