“Beautiful place with a great view, many things to do in and around the area. We had a great time and will definitely stay again. Couple of things, we noticed that the unit smelled of marijuana when we first stepped into the unit. We noticed someone next door smoking it and with the doors open the smell really came into our unit. Also, the smoke detector in one of the bedrooms kept beeping so we had to take the battery out so we could sleep. But, all in all we had a great stay and will be……

“We were very impressed by the property, its location, and amenities. The check-in process was well documented and easy. The host communicated the right information at the right time. The location had private parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We really liked having our own 'suite' for each couple and a nice outdoor space to gather. Just steps from the Santa Cruz pier and the Beach Boardwalk and a short walk to downtown we didn't have to drive the entire weekend. The check-out process……

“Our family stayed here while visiting friends who are local to Santa Cruz. We come from a landlocked state, so waking up each morning and looking at the ocean was amazing. You could hear the waves from the patio and we loved how comfortable, clean, and well cared for.the home is.
