“The property is in a great location — close to restaurants, stores, and even a nearby gas station. It had all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay.I do wish each room had its own bathroom, as some rooms had to share and showers were combined. That said, there are plenty of great outdoor spots around the property to relax and hang out.The pool was okay, though it wasn’t very clean during our visit — but to be fair, it was raining at the time, so no major complaints there.Overall,……

“Nice Hidden Gem. Close enough to all the tourists attractions but far enough away to make this place feel like home. Clean and still has the new home feel. Hosts communication was spot on. Would reply back and was willing to help every step of the way. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Niceville or the Niceville area. ”

“Perfect size for our whole family. Planting room to cook and get together and enough room to have some privacy. Close to a public beach. Walmart is just a mile away. Gulfarium is near by. We went shopping at the commons one day. Wonderful dining options too. Pool was clean and a great size. House is stocked with basics. ”

“I have stayed in a lot of rentals over the years and this house is in my top 3 best stays. The house was new along with all the furniture. The beds were comfortable it was so quiet in the night. The owner put a lot of thought into the decorations. The only small negative comment is that we had to remove all of the air fresheners from the house because we are allergic to the chemicals. After airing out the house it was great! I would stay there again for sure! ”

“Words can not describe this Home and YES I SAY HOME NOT HOUSE! Plenty of room for all ages of our family from elders to small children they have thought of it all. Close to the lake where we enjoyed the 4th of July parade, fireworks and other festivities. The Beds were very comfortable. The 1800s met the 2025s loved how they tried to preserve the original home but also modern for daily living. Master shower was great with the Bluetooth speakers built it!!.We will definitely think of this place……

“ Quiet neighborhood,Very little vehicle traffic. 5 mins to closest store ,35 min to Destin. Has all the kitchen pots,pans,dishes,utensils. Cooked breakfast and used the grill outside .Only needed to bring the food .The patio by the pool is cozy. we played board games and relaxed .”
