“Casa Ishi is truly a hidden gem, conveniently located 5 miles from Conchi Y Toro Vineyard. Behind the gate lies a lovely garden filled with fruit trees and vines of herb. There are orange trees from which you can pick fresh oranges to make a cup of freshly squeezed OJ, lemon, avocado, and fig trees. Vines of edible grapes. Rows of lavender, rosemary, … and of course many varieties of cute or handsome succulents.In the lodge by the garden, you can witness peaceful sunrise in the morning and……

“From the outside the property looks really good, but from the inside the rooms need some work done. It definitely needs a deep cleaning and some remodelling as the bathroom had thick layers of mould, there was a leak in the ceiling that made some of the lights stop working. Also some cobwebs in the bathroom and the kitchen some of the drawers were not clean.”

“No puedo dejar comentarios sobre el lugar porque cuando llegamos estaba todo ocupado y no tenían registro de la reserva. Después de revisar se dieron cuenta del error y trataron de acomodarnos en otro lugar que lamentablemente no estaba todavía en condiciones. Eramos los únicos allí y no había una persona responsable que atendiera las cosas básicas.”

“This property failed to honor a paid reservation with a credit card deposit. I would strongly caution all visitors (especially if you are from out of country) to avoid this. Me and another set of guests were turned away despite a confirmed reservation, and we were forced to drive 2 hours back to Santiago as an emergency to find a bed.”
