“A well appointed convenient and comfortable loft with fantastic views. Very pleasant and quiet in the late afternoon and evening. We were dismayed at the level of evasive noise including music and clearly audible conversation from the cafe below beginning around 7.20am until the end of the day. Jos did address the loud music in the early hours but still a lot of noise coming from below. Descent sound installation would help. If you are not bothered by noise then a great place to stay”

The property has amazing views, is comfortably equipped, and makes you feel like you are at the ends of the earth. Yoga on the deck was amazing, Hilde was a perfect host, and we'll tell all our friends they must stay at X Spot on Great Barrier. A place unlike any other!”
