“The house was overall a good experience during our 2 week stay with 3 kids. The owner (Karim) is very helpful and quick to respond via sms. The day-to-day team are very polite and helpful (they speak only French), come by twice weekly and are very respectful. The property is old (this does show in various ways), however it's been quite nicely refurbished. The aircondition works very well in all rooms of the house, that's a big plus in summer! “La maison est située à quelques mètres du centre de Mougins. L'emplacement est donc idéal, et la piscine, bien que petite (3,5m x 8m) est très agréable. Mais pour ce qui est de la maison, elle présente beaucoup de défauts pour une location de ce prix: - Accès à la maison: accès difficile, bien que la rue soit en double sens, on ne peut entrer dans la maison que par le sens de la montée tellement la pente et l'angle d'entrée sont importants. “Impossible de dormir dans les chambres de l'étage non isolé, température supérieure à 40° la nuit, montée délicate par échelle d'accès non conforme, bricolée ainsi que toute l'installation électrique; Remplacement chauffe-eau jour 2 = douches froides premier jour. Sol rdc, canapé, mobilier malpropres, fermeture baie vitrée HS, sol jardin vielle moquette, véranda dangereuse, 3-4 chaines TV, wifi non vu. Le tout mériterait une mise à jour et aux normes et un entretien sérieux. Seuls côtés……

Communication with the owner and housekeeper was excellent already from the time of booking and check-in/out was super easy. The house was clean and well equipped, and the owners had gathered a very useful book of practicalities, tips and tricks for what to see and do in the area. Pool area was great.
