“This is a beautiful traditional style French house of the region. It is a bit rustic in places, but absolutely packed with charm and character. The location is amazing - what you see in the photos is exactly how it is. The river is a 60-second walk away with easy access in and out of the water. The village is pretty, quiet and within 10 minutes drive of a E.Leclere supermarket and the main road. The house is spacious, has bags of character, has a fabulous outdoor space with chairs, sun-loungers……

Quelques informations du site sont erronées : La piscine n'est pas chauffée et n'est pas sécurisée et à priori elle peut être partagée avec une autre location mitoyenne. Il y a deux chambres et non trois, le troisième couchage est un canapé convertible dans le salon. L'endroit est calme et à l'abri du voisinage”

“Une superbe bâtisse dans laquelle nous avons pu loger et vivre un week end de fête malgré tout reposant 😉 L’environnement est idéal pour se retrouver en groupe et se retrouver tout simplement en marchant dans les vignes. Les pièces spacieuses permettent de pouvoir vivre à 13 sans avoir l’impression de se marcher dessus… Des chambres confortables ainsi que la literie. Un accueil et un des accueil très sympathique !! Le petit plus n’hésitez pas à commander du vin de la propriété ! Merci encore……

“Maison très bien équipée, hôtesse extrêmement sympathique et arrangeante mais l’atout principal de la maison est surtout son extérieur. La vue est juste sublime. Nous avions réservé pour fêter les 18 ans de notre fils et nous avions avec nous un groupe d’adolescents. “A great property,very comfortable,needs a little TLC. Very well equiped kitchen,a great fridge,we had lovely evenings in front of the fire with our after dinner aperitif. A very relaxing oasis ,we all had great sleeps. Convienient location for exploring the Bordeau area. Easy train connection to Bordeau city,and very close to a great supermarket in Montpon.
