“Secluded, roomy, on river, had everything needed. Paradise Cove Rd not busy good for walking the dog.One of the downstairs beds was a queen just plan accordingly if you bring your own sheets”

“The cabin was amazing; very clean with everything we needed for our brief stay. A great re-model by the owners. Close to the Sipsey Wilderness/Bankhead National Forest where we enjoyed hiking. We fished off the dock at the cabin and enjoyed the beautiful view of Smith Lake, one of our favorite places to be. Near Chef Troy's Talk of the Town restaurant, very good food and service. Just a suggestion for the owners-you may want to mention the driveway being very steep and rutted. We were in a 4x4……

“The house was immaculately clean. Great for large groups. The location on the lake is great because there's minimal stairs and hardly any boat or jet ski traffic because we are in a cove. This was the perfect quiet vacation that our family was looking for. Kitchen was fully stocked. Lots of places in the house for people to unwind and connect. We will be back!”

“House was extremely well equipped and absolutely a mid-century-modern lovers dream. The cove water was incredibly muddy and debris-filled the first three days due to downpours, but after it settled it was perfect for swimming off the dock. No luck fishing, but I still enjoyed it! Beds were comfortable, showers had great pressure, and owners were super responsive to messages! Enjoyed a meal at Trident Marina, and the fireworks show at Smith Lake Park was worth fighting the crowds to see. Cappy’s……

“We rented both cabins for a large group. They are just as described. True cabins in the woods. Some bugs here and there, yes, again cabin in the woods. We absolutely adored these houses. Had everything we needed plus some. Sofa beds are aged, but kids didnt mind. The drive down to the water did require 4x4, we had on and off rain, but we didnt pay attention to the fact that there was another, easier route until several days in. We still chose the 4x4 route. It was a fun challenge for us. The……
