“We enjoyed our stay for a weekend in Incline Village. The place is very nice. It has a big kitchen and lots of communal space which was great for cooking, eating meals, and playing games. There are lots of places to sleep and plenty of towels and blankets for several guests. There’s a nice outdoor porch right on the golf course. It’s also in really close proximity to restaurants/groceries and the beaches. We had great communication with the owner, Kalen, who was very helpful and easy to reach.……

“Loved our stay and the house! The location was great and we were able to walk to dinner everynight. My only negative comment would be the condition of carpet in living room and bedroom.It didn’t look very clean at all. ”

“We very much enjoyed our stay at this house! The description was very accurate. The location — an easy walk to the lake and many restaurants — was terrific. Our kids were super comfortable, and the furniture was relaxed and cozy. We enjoyed the ping-pong table particularly, and the hot tub was well-maintained. It was really nice to be able to travel with our dogs!Communicate with the hosts was absolutely terrific, and it was easy to get into the house. We would return!”

“We had 3 adults in our party and it was tight, but very comfortable (beds were VERY comfy) and enjoyable. We loved using the outdoor space for morning coffee and evening relaxation! Very clean too!”

“Hosts were great, rental was clean, had all the things we needed. Riley was responsive to my messages. Great location to kings beach and shops, food, coffee. Will rent again. ”

“This is such a cute place. The pictures do not do it justice. Inside is decorated like a beach house. The main bedroom was a great size and the loft slept two comfortably. The location is ideal. We could walk to the beach and restaurants in two minutes. The owner is awesome and responds to messages quickly. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely be back. ”

“The house was great for our family of 5. Great location close to everything in Incline Village. Everyone had their own bedroom. We loved all the outdoor/balconies to get as much of the wonderful fresh mountain air as possible. House was well equipped for everything we needed. Our only feedback is that we had a temporary power and wifi issue. Both were resolved within a few hours, but we would have liked for the communication and updates to have been faster. We would stay here again.”
