“When checked in the room phone was damaged not working, kettle was broken.we get replaced both, In the morning toilet flush not working they forget to switch on water tank, water is not coming from shower head. On the end ask for breakfast they made it fresh, tasty. Thank you ”

“The property was not well maintained. The rooms, beds and bathrooms were not clean. The service was pathetic. There was no water in the bathrooms. After repeated requests, they provided towels, water and soaps. We traveled with senior citizens and the experience was horrible.”

“Visted mount abu property on 02 Nov 24 with family. The stay was plesant in overall. However property correct contact number not provided in itinary, resulted in unsecure booking till arrival. On arrival also booking was not showing in prporty recieption. It was quite bad when you reach to prpoperty for stay. Staff Mr. Vishal given us full sopport and provided a room as booked. Staff co-operative. Property renovated and exterior still on progress. Interior quite good. Like the satff and……
