“You could tell from setting foot on the property how clean our host kept the place. Communication with the host was great, and he was very friendly and responsive. “Clean. Comfortable couches and beds. Warm feeling when staying there.”

“ Host's wife and sone took mebto the ER when she was dropping off my sheets (thatvhe forgot). They were lovely. Nextbday or so, I locked the apparently Only key insside about 9 pm and he was alowbto respond and had no spare key, so I went to a hotel.”

“So, we did not actually end up staying at the property. We booked on an emergency basis (for my father's funeral) for nine people and did not look at reviews first. Big mistake. When we noticed the previous bad reviews, we contacted VRBO and were told we could not cancel but could take pictures and call the support team if the property was unacceptable. Which it was. We documented the dirty pool (the owners insist it is *stained*, not dirty, but either way it looks unappealing to swim in and did……

“We had so much fun! We went on the pond, we ran around and played HID AND seek. We cooked on the fire pit and played board games before bed. It wad absolutly just the coolest little gem! MY KIDS ARE BEGGING TO GO BACK.”

“This property is perfectly situated if your goal is to be able to walk through Frederick and enjoy the parks, shopping, and restaurants”

“We had a wonderful stay. The house is just a few minutes from the Gettysburg battlefield. We spent three days touring the battlefield and the house was perfect for relaxing and unwinding at the end of each busy day. ”

“We had a group of 11 our stay was just amazing. The photos on Vrbo shows very little of how beautiful this property really is. This place was extremely huge. The bedrooms were extremely big. And the house was amazing. I recommend this property.”

“Foreboding drive to property, but ……upon arrival it is like nirvana! What a joy for our five couples to each have a private bath and a half- bath for visitors. The game room …..forget about it! Bring food to cook in a fabulous kitchen which has everything you may need and I mean everything. Ice machine made plenty for our stay. Bring wine for the wine fridge even. This place has it all. ”

“The home was exactly as expected and made for a wonderful family/friend reunion! Perfect for socializing and so close to local shops and restaurants.”

“We didn’t stay. We when arrived, instead of a room in the guest house, we were expected to stay in a tentlike structure. In addition, the bathroom facilities were outdoor showers and commodes that required a climb up a set of stairs. Luckily we were able to secure a room at another facility. The owner supposedly requested a refund for me but I haven’t heard whether this has been approved.”
