“The cottage was beautifully presented and the hosts went above and beyond to provide everything that was needed and more. We can’t wait to come back! ”

“The property is average grade. Musty and old smelling. I chose to use the bunk bed as it smelt cleaner. Kitchen, deck and backyard are very good. Back neighbours are noisy and can see over the fence. Neighbour on one side has a dog that barks most of the time, so the quiet weekend I had planned didn't eventuate.”

“Easy to enjoy. Staying in a renovated 160 year old building was great. The modern comforts of heating and cooling ensured a great stay. Help was close at hand but not in the way. Could not fault this place. The connection with history was still there in pictures and stories. Looking forward to June 2025 when this BnB features on television.”

“Host Donna is welcoming and friendly, answering my questions and leaving us a bottle of filtered water in the fridge, as it was a hot day when we arrived.The cottage grounds are gorgeous, flowers and trees making the rural feel oh so special. The beds are comfy, there is a kitchenette with enough appliances to keep oneself fed, plus a clean bathroom.Best of all - it's dog friendliness. Our dogs were comfortable and happy, which is the most important thing to us :)”

“Lovely old home with secure parking for 3-4 cars, fine beds, kids games and stuffed toys, kids dishes(which is always a very positive sign for us), central heating/cooling, well equipped. ”

Close to wineries.House is beautiful with everything that you might need. 6 bedrooms (4 doubles and 2 singles) and 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen is fantastic and big to cook or sit around, utensils, dishes, pans, wine glasses available; coffee machine might need replacing. The fireplace inside was fantastic, we sat around to chat with a glass of wine; there is also a fire pit outdoors. Only thing missing according to one of……
