“In town for a golf tournament. Cooked dinner every night at property. The house and rooms were cozy. Liked the open island kithen with open great room with couch and bar chairs at island in kitchen. Would rent property again.”

“Great house and pool, less than 30 mins from the the strip, 20 mins from Red Rock Canyon and close to anything you need. The owner was very helpful amd available for any help needed. ”

“Roomy and comfortable. Nice hangout area outside. Clean and convenient.”

“Very clean, large place, good beds, lots of towels, didn't use the patio or garage but they were available. Our pickup wouldn't fit in the garage but outside parking and neighborhood were safe. It's about 25 drive to the strip and 20 to Fremont but we didn't mind as we prefer to be off the strip. Very quiet area. We'd definitely stay again.”

“The location was perfect. We loved being in Summerlin and using the condo as a home-base for our week of visiting state parks and national parks for hiking and astrophotography. However, on night three when I needed to do laundry, I was surprised to find the sheets from the prior guests still in the dryer. I folded the sheets and put them in the linen closet. Not a big deal. “Great house about 30 minutes from Staccato Vegas. We've stayed here multiple times. This time it was just my husband and I, other times we've filled all the bedrooms. The house works well for small and large groups. ”
