“Three of us stayed for the weekend, and were pleased with this apartment. It is just as the photos show. We walked several places, anthers was lots to see in the area. “Jeff was an excellent host. Extremely responsive. Made our group of 4 feel very welcome. He provided a brief history of the mansion/Upper unit. The location was perfect for a short/safe 10 min walk to Ford Field. Comerica Park and Little Ceasars Arena are even closer. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The Whitney House Upper Unit had a lot of character, charm, plenty of space and was very clean. We will absolutely stay at the Whitney House again for our next overnight visit……

“This apartment was GREAT! Jon's place was beautiful and clean. There were already some spices there to use. It would have been nice to have some condiment packets to use but wasn't an issue. Loved the exposed brick in the apartment and inside the building.It was easy to navigate the area. We were in town for Tigers game. Getting to and from Comerica was super easy and quick! Don't be concerned when you view the apartment area on a map. I wasn't sure what to expect. Its an old industrial area……

“I hosted a 60th birthday dinner for my husband at a nearby rec hall. This home was the perfect place for me to cook and prepare all the food for my husband's dinner. It was a great spot to sit with family and fellowship. The only issue I had was that the downstairs bathroom shower handle is not on correctly.
