“We enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect place for us. The living room has two large, very comfortable couches. There is a smart TV so we did not have to do any logging in to our accounts. Kitchen is very spacious with plenty of counter space. Kroger and Dollar General are 4 minutes away which was real nice. There is a bathroom on 1st floor. The two bedrooms up stairs have regular closing doors and share a large walk in shower. I can say I have no complaints.”

“Beautiful place! Great location too! We 3 middle aged women walked everywhere or took the Q line downtown. The Midtown location has a great variety of restaurants and night spots. The host is lightning quick with communication and very gracious. Other tenants in the building are friendly and welcoming too. Fantastic stay! Highly recommended!”

“This property was very clean on arrival and was evident that care was taken for the decor and vibe. I would like to give this property five stars but there were a few issues on arrival that may fall on the cleaning service because the host was seemingly unaware. “My partner and I spent a week in this lovely rental. It was extremely clean and neat and had everything we needed. “this is a lovely spot and it’s a very considerate and safe feeling Location. The grounds are quite fancy and the interior had everything I needed minus a couple condiments the clawfoot tub with plenty of hot water was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and I slept like a rock. “We had an event at the DIA, and this was the perfect location. Nice neighborhood, free and easy parking on the street. Great communication with the host. Overall was clean, just a few little leftover things on the floor that weren’t swept up, some tape on the walls leftover from someone who had stayed previously.
