"We have been renting from Ryan for several weeks now and have thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. The home is very clean and cozy, just as advertised and Ryan has been so nice to work with. I highly recommend this house and host to anyone looking a place to stay in the area."

"Clean, well kept. Quiet area, convenient location. Did not have a fold out sofa bed, but owner had air mattresses, which were good enough. Easy to communicate with owner."
