Family-friendly house with game room on a quiet cove on beautiful Lake Tillery!

Cozy house located on a quiet cove right off the main lake. Views from the house are gorgeous and there is a large screened in porch with a comfortable living area and a table that seats 6. This is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner and drinks in the evening. The house sleeps up to 9 people. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. You will also find a full bath on this level with a bath/shower combo, vanity, etc. The kitchen/living room area is wide open with gorgeous windows that allow you to take in the views of the lake from anywhere you sit. Kitchen & bathroom should have everything you need for your stay. There are towels & linens also. There is a washer & dryer available for personal use, but please simply leave used towels & sheets on the floor when you leave. We would like to wash all of our own towels & linens. There is a beautiful spiral staircase in the living room to take you to the second level where you will find another bedroom equipped with a queen bed and a bunk bed that has a double bed on the bottom and a twin on top, a perfect spot for the kids. The full bath on this level has a shower and vanity and this is also where the washer and dryer are located. On the front of the house is the game room with a pool table and a cocktail arcade machine with classic games like PacMan and Galaga. Sliding doors open up to a porch that overlooks the fire pit and dock. We have a grill off the main deck that you are welcome to use to grill up a tasty dinner after a day on the water. Down at the dock, we have a large space to hang out with an awning to keep the sun away on extra steamy days. We also have a closet with life jackets for kids and adults, a lily pad float that is great to hang out on and a couple of kayaks to use to cruise around the cove. The local marina, Lilly's Bridge is a short drive to the house by boat or car and they have boat rentals, a surf shop and a fun restaurant called River Wild. Lake Tillery is nestled in the Uwharrie Mountains with breathtaking views everywhere you look.
Use of boat lift is available for a $100 fee/stay under 'Water'.
This is to cover the expense of moving and storing our boat for the stay.

We loved our stay. Owner was very responsive and house was in a great location. Would be a PERFECT location for riding UTVs in Uwharrie. Look forward to booking in warmer weather so we can enjoy the lake and some Tillery time!

THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL HOME AT LAKE TILLERY.
My family and I have been visiting Lake Tillery for many years. It is one of our favorite lakes. We have finally found a house that exceeds our expectations. We stayed for only 3 nights but we will return. My husband fished from the dock and had very good luck and so much fun. My kids really enjoyed the game room. The arcade was fun and fabulous. The ping-pong table and pool table were excellent. The house is spacious, comfortable, warm, everything was extremely clean. The beds have been the most comfortable beds we have ever had. We all slept great. The kitchen is spacious with everything you need to cook your meals. It has a wonderful view of the lake. Nice TV's and many spots to relax around. Everything is spectacular and we want to return very soon. Thanks to Kristen for sharing your sweet home with us. You are so kind and so wonderful. 💗 sharing your house with us.

Awesome Lake Getaway!
The house is exactly as described. It is very clean, comfortable and a great location on the lake. The house is located in a cove but it is quiet, deep and wider than most coves. You are close to the 24/27 bridge on the lake and close to Norwood or Albemarle by car. There were plenty of kitchen appliances and kitchen ware. Also, provided paper products and everything you need! Kristen was a great host and very with communication. We loved it and would hook again!

We had such a great time at Lake Tillery and this property was perfect for our family. The well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, the entertainment on the lower level and outdoor areas made this trip a total success! The location is very quiet and the views are terrific. The Perfect Family Getaway!
My husband and I, along with our children ranging from 21 down to 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and updated, and fully stocked. Having the kayaks and paddle board were a huge plus and gave my husband and I the chance to relax while the kids enjoyed the water. The cove was perfect for swimming, and the location of the home was great! We will definitely keep this home on our list to rent in the future!

Perfect family location
We enjoyed the quiet cove, made for a perfect just little family vacation. House was very welll equipped and included many extras. The home was beautiful. We would definitely love to book again. One thing for future guests, if you plan to do work while there.. internet could be touch and go for service. Would recommend bringing a hot spot if being available and high speed is a must.

Everything was perfectly wonderful in this home — truly checks all the boxes: spacious pier, ample room to park multiple jet skis and a boat, vast rooms/living spaces to accommodate spreading out when needed, comfortable beds/oversized sectional, and a screened-in porch that is lovely at night. Memorial Day Mini Vacay
We loved our stay at Tillery Time over the Memorial Day weekend. Kristen was easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The property was beautifully updated. There was plenty of room for our group of teens and adults. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The outdoor space was beneficial, and we used it the majority of the time. The property is in a quiet cove of the lake without a lot of traffic. Using the kayaks was an added benefit, and the floating mat was great. We will definitely be back to make more memories in the future.

The house is wonderful. The kids really had a great time especially with the game room. Needed some dusting on the bottom floor. Oven needs a major cleaning, really filthy. Washer and dryer needs to be checked clothes had to be dried twice. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay for a family of five.
We had a great time at the lake last weekend. The property was super clean and updated. There were enough beds for our family of five, three of which are big teenage boys who no longer love a couch or fouton. So, the extra space was a plus for them. Kristen was so easy to work with. She answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. She even left us a welcome basket with info about the area, treats and wine. The property was just as pictured. The awnings on the lower deck were the best part, as they could be slid opened and closed depending on the sun. We figred out how to hook the bluetooth speakers down on the dock to our phones, and had music to enjoy all day. Having kayaks there for our use was nice. There is one adult and one child kayak available. It would have been nice to have more than one adult kayak to use, since my kiddos were too big for the child sized one. Overall, we would love to stay here again. I recommend it to anyone who wants to get away for a bit and enjoy the water.
