“Everything was as advertised.The Bach is small, but our family of 5 managed just fine, the kids loved the bunk room, and being away from us.Downside was the way the place is set up with furniture. It would be fantastic if the single bed in the main cabin was actually a sofa bed, as it's not really that comfortable to sit on in the evenings.The kitchen has a weird old dresser as a pantry, shelves would be better, and the huge dresser in the bedroom is just to big, a low boy would be an……

“Peaceful quiet lovely setting ”

“The view and house was amazing, cozy and well built. Had all of the staples that you would need. The river was so beautiful. The hosts were helpful.”

“This was an ideal getaway for a couple of nights. Had everything needed. Town was only 5 minutes down the road.”

“Well equipped with good indoor and outdoor space. Lovely location. Great host. Just marked down cleanliness due to evidence of creatures in the house.”

“Like a doc hut, host drove us in an ATV front the road end to the hut. River nearby and lots of beautiful bush to explore. ”

“Was an amazing stay, property was clean and heaps of towels and extra blankets which was great. It had everything we needed and loved the games like corn hole. It was a 10 min drive to Martinborough which was super handy. Would definitely stay again.”

“Our stay at 5 o’clock somewhere was marvellous. What a beautiful place in a stunning location. You just want to put your feet up and never leave. Everyone had a great time from the kids feeding the fish to the rest of the family enjoying a few wines on a sunny autumnal evening outside surrounded by the stunning gardens and the peace an quiet of the rural setting. We could not have asked for more.”

“This is a beautiful home which unfortunately is not being as well maintained as it should be. In spite of that we had a lovely time and enjoyed the peace and serenity. The grounds are lovely and the pool looked great. Just a shame the weather wasn’t better for us to enjoy. This would be an ideal place to host a family get together with plenty of room for the grandkids too. Definitely good value for money.”
