“Not much parking ”

“VRBO was centrally located to where I needed to travel during my stay. Nice location so I didn't have to travel far to any stores or locations. Plenty of Room in the VRBO. Pretty Quiet neighborhood. There were some people across the street that made some noise at 3 in the Morning. Other than that house was accommodating for what was needed. Owner was friendly. Would recommend if someone has events planned in down town Wichita”

“We traveled to the area for a concert with a group of friends and the property was in a great location for dinner and the concert venue. The house was spacious for 4 couples and hanging out. Great host family as well!”

“We stayed three nights in this nicely updated house in a quiet safe neighborhood in Wichita. The house including the kitchen had everything we needed. We used the Blackstone grill twice and it was in excellent shape. We would have used the backyard more if the weather had been nicer. We used the two primary suites (one upstairs and one downstairs. Perfect for 2 couples. ”

“Great property! Every room was decorated for the Christmas holiday, so it was a very festive place for our family get together. We would defiantly stay there again! ”

“Spent 3 nights at this property with son, daughter-in-law & grandchildren and had a great time ringing in the New Year! We loved the large table for playing games & the overall spaciousness of the loft. The location was convenient for us to walk to local establishments for food & drinks. Dave was very responsive to all questions & requests. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Very nice place to stay for the low cost. I would suggest just one thing. Provide instructions for using the access code to the room locks. Especially how to make the lock re-engage to the locked position.”

“The house is so cute and homey! We were there around new years and they even had it decorated very tastefully for Christmas! Nice unexpected touch. They thought of everything! I rated the location a 3 just because the highway is so close and we could hear the traffic. It didn’t impede our sleep because they had provided sound machines we could use as we slept. The only thing we missed was a toaster but it was a very minor thing. Would highly recommend!”
